Update an organization's enterprise-managed settings.
Enterprise API keys only. Requires the X-Medallion-Organization-Id
header (or the organization id in the path) identifying one of the calling
enterprise's linked organizations. Regular (non-enterprise) organization API
keys receive a 403; an organization not linked to the enterprise gets a 400.
Only payor_enrollments_allowed may be updated for now. Any other fields in
the request body are ignored. The response contains id, name, and
payor_enrollments_allowed.
