Typed list of unsatisfied requirements for a group profile.

Requires an Enterprise API key and the X-Medallion-Organization-Id
header identifying one of the enterprise's linked organizations.
Returns 403 for regular (non-enterprise) API keys and 400 if the
supplied organization is not linked to the calling enterprise.

Beta: this endpoint is part of a limited beta launch and is not yet
enabled for all enterprises. Reach out to your Medallion contact if
you'd like to use it. Enterprises outside the beta receive a 403.

Query params:
kind — repeatable; filters to entries whose kind matches.
Valid values: record_completion, record_creation,
alternatives, rule.
resource — repeatable; filters record-kind entries whose resource
matches. Has no effect on alternatives / rule entries
(those don't carry a resource at the top level).
