Integrating Medallion with Thriveworks: Health Check Endpoint Requirement

As part of the integration of the Medallion service into the Thriveworks system, I need a health check endpoint to verify that the Medallion service is up and running from within my service. Is there a dedicated health check endpoint available for this purpose?
